| Longer Sessions | Couple and Family Therapy sessions can be booked for longer than 55 minutes. These sessions will be charged at a pro-rata rate at 90 minutes or 120 minutes. |
Important Details Regarding Your Appointment
To ensure fairness and continuity of care for all our clients, please note the following policies:
Cancellation policy: A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations of counselling sessions. No-shows and late cancellations will result in the full session charge being applied.
Payments: Payments for your session are due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Please discuss any payment concerns with us prior to your appointment.
Medicare & private health: Please note that counselling services at Silva Counselling are not eligible for Medicare rebates at this stage. We recommend checking directly with your private health insurance provider regarding potential coverage for counselling services, as policies vary greatly.
